How much does Brownies cost?

The answer is 'not a lot!’

There are 2 main costs:
Uniform - Girls will need a uniform when they are enrolled (see enrolment question)

Subs - we charge subs of £25 three times a year September (Autumn/Winter), New Year (Winter/Spring) and Easter (Spring/Summer)

Occasionally we undertake activities which we ask for a small contribution towards but we will let you know well in advance of any extra costs

Subs can be paid by cash, cheque or Paypal using the link on the left (please don’t use this link if your daughter is not already one of our Brownies)

Who can be a Brownie?

Girls who are aged 7 to 10 years, but we are a very popular Brownie pack so the sooner you put names down on our waiting list the better.  Girls do not have to have been to Rainbows before Joining Brownies

What should girls wear to Brownies?

When girls first come to Brownies we prefer them not to come in uniform, we like to save this until they are enrolled (saves on costs if they decide that Brownies isn’t for them)

However, we do run around lots so please come in clothing is suitable for running around in and also trainers or school shoes (crocs and sandals aren’t really suitable as we’ve had injures from this kind of footwear in the past

Once they have been enrolled they should come in full uniform including a sash (see uniform available on enrolment page)
